Our Story
After developing a custom certificate of insurance tracking solution for an insurance contract management company in 2010, JBKnowledge, saw the need for a web-based software to help risk management professionals organize critical documents and manage compliance more effectively. Thus, SmartCompliance was created to help automate commercial certificate of insurance renewals, eliminate manual data entry, and ensure vendor compliance.
Ten years later, SmartCompliance has transformed the commercial certificate of insurance management process, increasing vendor compliance to more than 95%. for companies across the U.S. SmartCompliance has also recently expanded its insurance tracking and compliance management solutions to incorporate proof of insurance collection and tracking software, as well as certificate of insurance issuance software.
